Rainmeter is a plugin that allows you to fully customize your desktop under Windows, in this video I will show you how to use it in order to have a wallpaper that is reactive to the music on your desktop.
We will use the plugin Fountain of Colors which is completely free and installs very easily with Rainmeter.
Once the plugin is activated you have various customization settings for it! You can first start by moving it wherever you want on your desktop (it will cling to the edges by itself), turn it in the direction of your choice... It is then possible to change the number of sound bars that will animate to the rhythm of the music, you can change their size whether in height or width. Then change the color of the bars as you wish, by one or more colors or even gradients then customize the opacity. Then modify their speed of rise and fall, their sensitivity to sound. For each copy of sound bars you can define which speaker it will represent (left, right, center, subwoofer, rear left, right, or sides like a 7.1 home theater). Set whether the bars are clickable or not (if when you click the click goes through or opens the settings, I advise you to set the option to "click through"). And finally change their display, either they will be present only on the desktop, or in the foreground above all other programs, it's up to you to choose what you prefer.
