In addition, it is extremely efficient in terms of text detection; in fact, it is possible to scan a double page of a book in one go, a complete newspaper page, etc. It is possible to scan photos taken in the past or take new ones directly from the application.

To be sure of the reliability of the scanner, be sure to download the language of your text so that the application can recognize the words more effectively. Note that the quality of your photo plays a huge role, do not take a photo blurredof across or bad quality. I advise you to switch your camera to " Manual » and set the resolution to maximum for optimal quality before extracting the text.

When scanning, the application will ask you to tilt the image in the right direction if this is not already the case, and will then ask you to frame the text to be extracted. (in the video I take the whole page but you can choose only excerpts) She will then modify the levels and exposure of the text, then resize it to align it correctly and finally she will read it twice to be sure not to miss any words.

Note that the application only recognizes writing digital and not manual.

Once all the steps are completed, check that there are no mistakes. (you can edit it at any time if you skip any), then you can copy the text, the share, do it dictate by your device or even convert it to PDF.

To delete a text, simply press and hold it then click on the basket top right.
