Even if it seems crazy, it is totally possible to play all PC games on your ANDROID phone in full HD 60 FPS. You simply need a phone or tablet, a PC and optionally but it's better: a controller.
If you landed after the tutorial to play GTA V on your Android device, you know more or less the principle to launch PC games on a smartphone, otherwise here is a brief summary of what you need to know:

This feature is actually a derivative of the Nvidia Game Stream system, normally reserved only for the Nvidia Shield tablet. We launch software on our PC, an application on our phone, we connect the controller to our phone (see below how to do it), we link everything and that's it, the game works well on its Android at 60 FPS and in 1920 x 1080 resolution.
The game conditions will obviously depend on the quality of your connection. LOCAL and not the internet, but also the performance of your phone/tablet, since yes, even if we don't run the game directly on it, we still have to retrieve and process certain data, if you are too far from your box or if too many devices are already straining it, you will be likely to have some slowdowns in the game.
Possibility to play with a controller, for this 2 solutions:
-Either you have a Sony Z series and you can normally connect a PS3 / PS4 controller to it directly in this case.
-Either you have another phone compatible with a Bluetooth or USB controller and you can easily connect it, or you will need to root your phone to connect one (check online).
To be able to play PC games on Android, you will need Nvidia GeForce Experience, which can be downloaded from THIS LINK, as well as the downloadable MoonLight app ICI for NON ROOT phones and ICI for ROOT phones, or simply by following the links in the video description on YouTube.
