Want to personalize your phone/tablet even more? Why not create your own style by changing the icons of your choice with custom icons or images downloaded from the net?

An application that is a launcher and voila, you will be able to change all your icons! So I know that some people are skeptical about launchers, but I assure you that I am too, EXCEPT that this launcher is known as the fastest and most fluid on Android, and I can confirm this perfectly since I have been using it for so long.

Thanks to Nova Launcher, which is simply the best of all launchers, you will be able to do lots of things! In this tutorial we will only focus on customizing the icons of your device in order to create your own theme, if you want to learn even more about Nova Launcher a dedicated video has been made, you can take a look by clicking ICI.

Root rights are not required, any smartphone or tablet compatible with Nova Launcher (or all devices it seems to me) will be able to change any icons you want. You also don't have the same opportunity to change the name that will be displayed below the icon.

You have the choice to download icons that you like on google image yourself, the format has not not need to be in .ico as for changing icons on PC, save them in your gallery and apply them, or you can create them from scratch or edit some already existing ones on Photoshop or another photo editing software then import them to your phone and apply them with Nova Launcher. Everything is of course shown in video. To transfer your icons to your Android device you can use the method with AirDroid which will make your life easier and save you time in creating your theme!

You can download Nova Launcher at THIS LINKor simply follow the link in the video description on YouTube.
