Why change your Android IP address? It all depends on the use for which you need to do this. By changing it you will be anonymous on the internet but also on the applications you use. You will be located in another place in the world, the local time will no longer be the same (I'm not talking about the time on your device obviously)... Some sites are blocked in some countries, so this method can be an alternative to access them. A VPN also helps protect your personal data.
